I am very interested in personal development, people, habits, communications, productivity, systems, writing and journalling, music, apps, technology, comedy, problem-solving, mindfulness and health.
I enjoy **keeping fit, mentally and physically - reading, meditating, yoga, pilates, swimming, walking, badminton, gym, podcasts, audiobooks and music.
Music has been a big thing for me since forever. I still have a large collection of CDs varying in genre, but also a streamer these days, in the office and on the move.
